Only stayed 1 night, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this nice hotel. Rooms with tv and wi-fi had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the property was not far from Vila Real, lovely coffee shop- bakery and the town centre.

We had a very pleasant stay in a long time. The place was fairly clean with a very amiable and affable staff. The location was absolutely perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo. We found it in a safe area just off a local cafe...

Great value for the money, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was quiet with easy parking and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at check-in.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a larger selection.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the cozy and comfortable rooms. the beds were spacious and provided a great night's sleep. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently situated near the university and hospital complex, making it easy for us to visit our friends and family. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. It had a variety of choices and set us up for a great start to the day.
There were a few minor issues that affected our overall experience. there was a language barrier with the reception staff as they had limited English skills.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and cleanliness were exceptional. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of local produce and fresh fruits. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the city center. I especially loved the unique and nostalgic decoration, like the old telephone on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
One small drawback was that the shower head's holder was broken in my room. However, this was a minor issue compared to all the other positives of my stay.

Great value for money and convenient location. The hotel was reasonably priced and provided easy access to the motorway. The 24-hour reception was a bonus, as it ensured that someone was always available to assist with any requests or queries. the functioning old telephone on the 1st floor added a unique touch to the decor and was a fun experience.
There were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. the language barrier with one of the staff members was frustrating as they had zero English proficiency.

For a short trip to Vila Real, my partner and I chose Clássico Hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The 24-hour reception was convenient, giving us peace of mind knowing that assistance was available at any time. We particularly enjoyed the unique touch of the functioning old telephone on the 1st floor. The hotel's location was great for visiting the nearby university or hospital complex. Additionally, access to the motorway made it easy to explore the wine growing area and Mateus Palace. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, making our stay even more enjoyable.
